To go Above and Beyond, IPS is pleased to welcome Kelsey Owens as VP of Account Management and Anthony Mazeika as Implementation Manager. These appointments support the company’s growth, enhance its ability to deliver new programs on a timely basis, and support the ever-growing technology needs of its customers.
Key Hires Take Customer Relationships to New Heights
Kelsey Owens joins IPS Group as the new VP of Account Management, bringing over 12 years of experience selling to government entities. An experienced sales professional in municipal and university markets, Kelsey has vast sales and procurement/RFP development experience and demonstrates a strong aptitude for strategic leadership and process optimization. She has served on the Women in Parking (WIP) board and the IPMI Tech Committee. Her passion for customer success will drive client satisfaction, ensuring customers have the solutions and support they need to excel.
Anthony Mazeika, Implementation Manager, directs customer-facing teams from contract acceptance through installation, commissioning, and provisioning new equipment and services. With over 16 years of expertise in the parking industry, including municipal operations for the cities of Santa Monica and Burbank and parking consulting, Anthony is well-equipped to exceed customer expectations and provide tailored support during implementation and onboarding. His experience includes managing multiple parking programs, strategic planning, and leading large teams, serving numerous municipalities, agencies, and large real estate investor groups.
