Single-Space smart meters are Available in Three Models

UPGRADE FROM…

Model 95 Style Iron Upper Housing (Duncan, POM & MacKay all have a version of this housing) takes IPS Model 247 (previously 147.) For quick identification, the upper housing lock is located on the top left side of the back of the upper housing.

UPGRADE FROM…

Duncan/MacKay Zinc Upper Housing takes IPS retro-fit Model 895 (previously 795.) For quick identification, unit has hinged dome top. Upper housing lock is in the center of the back side of the upper housing and when unlocked the dome lifts from the front and is hinged on back.

*MKH 3000 TWIN - Same as the singles shown above except the TWIN (Duplex) will not accept the 895 dome (our new standard). Retro-fit units for these Twin (Duplex) units require the *Model 795 dome – is now a special order with a potentially longer lead time.

**Any model of meter for which two single meter heads are mounted onto a Twin Adapter (TMA/Yoke) and onto one meter post, require one of our new modified Twin Adapters, if using Dome Sensors. The IPS Adapter has a wider spread that helps the accuracy of the Dome Sensors.

Upgrade from...

POM Zinc Upper Housing takes IPS Model 232 (previously 132). For quick identification – upper housing lock is in the center of the bottom of the mech housing. Much lighter weight – made of zinc and has a ridge about ½” wide that runs from the middle-left side of the upper housing, over the dome and down the other side of the upper housing.

POM Multi-bay Zinc top meter takes IPS Model 232 (previously 132) plus a “J” plate to fill the cut-out area where the select buttons are located. Other ID factors are same as the Zinc Upper Housing described above, over the dome and down the other side of the upper housing.

*POM Model APM-N & S - NO RETRO-FIT AVAILABLE For quick identification – coins must be inserted into the side of
the unit. Front face is hinged just above vault and lays down to form a workbench.
