Q: How do I use the meter?

A: Follow these easy steps to complete an easygoing parking experience.

Q: When I use the credit card capability, is my information secure?

A: The meter's credit authorization process meets the highest Visa and MasterCard standards for credit card information security(Level 1 PCI Certification). No credit card info rmation is ever stored on the meter or on any City information system.

Q: Will parking rates, times, and enforcement remain the same?

A: Yes, during the trial period the rates, parking durations, and enforcement practices will not change.

Q: Will the meter accept $1 coins?

A: Meters will accept 5¢, 10¢, and 25¢ coins. No dollar coins, sorry.

Q: Does the meter take gift cards?

A: Meters will take Visa and MasterCard gift cards.
